Creating event pages for participants in seconds
Easy Events is based on the Confluence Blueprint we developed (in other words, a page template that can be used over and over again).
This is how it works. You create a new page and select the Easy Event template in the subsequent dialog box. Then an assistant asks you for the name, date and place of the event. Done. A clearly arranged wiki document for the event gets created in just a few seconds (and can modified/expanded later if necessary) and offers users a convenient way to R.S.V.P.
Signing up with one click
Sign up for the event in just a few seconds. You do not need to switch to the editing mode. You just fill out a small form by entering your name, clicking on “sign up” or "cannot attend”. Now you are included or excluded from the list.
The system recognizes users who have an account for the Confluence instance and provides instant suggestions while you are typing your name. People without a Confluence Account, such as customers or outside guests at a company party, can be signed up, too. These participants will appear with a standard avatar on the list.

This small but effective feature has substantial benefits. All events can be processed in a standardized manner and are always presented elegantly and clearly.
