Broad content, compact formats
Hardly any other intranet conference will offer the kind of broad content as is presented in Intranet Now. Roughly 20 presentations by intranet managers, change agents, business leaders, digital workplace architects, internal communicators and consultants are scheduled in one of the following topics:
- Seamless digital work place and how to access it
- Communicator, curator, architect - develop roles of internal communication
- User experience for intranets
- Business critical intranet
- Real collaboration: What really works beyond programs, initiatives and gimmicks?

The conference is set up to be brief. Presentations are scheduled at a maximum of 25 minutes, most are even shorter. The presentation "A comparison of the leading intranet solutions" is scheduled for seven minutes. Bundled information, tipps and best practices can be expected. It's an ambitious approach. We will see how the team in London keep the schedule.
Open Space for specific topics of participants
After the presentations, a interactive part is scheduled for the afternoon in form of group discussions in an open space format. Participants have a chance to suggest their own topics and problems and to discuss and collaborate with others. Four time slots are set aside for these discussions in up to eight parallel slots.
