Mobile apps for Confluence and JIRA on their way

A productive use of Confluence and JIRA on mobile devices has moved to number four of requirements by Atlassian customers. Native mobile apps for both systems that seamlessly integrate into each other were announced during the keynote. As of today, these apps will be able to interact with Confluence and JIRA instances in the Cloud. We are hoping for solutions for server hosted versions. The apps for Confluence and JIRA are in the beta stage and customers can sign up to participate in the testing phase.

It now meets allows integration of various third party applications in HipChat - not merely as source for notifications, but as interactive elements. Actions can be initiated straight out of HipChat. The integrations are placed in a sidebar and can be moved to the chat via drag & drop for interaction. Relevant information for the team flows together in HipChat, reducing the noise of notifications. This short video shows the opportunities of the API:
