As Agile Coaches, we also work as intensively as possible at the level of teams and individuals – that is, the actual job of Scrum Masters. In this final post I will show what we are doing here in more definite terms.

This includes all of the workshops, a typical timeline, and details of the training sessions that your staff can take advantage of.
The third major sphere of responsibilities assigned to our Agile Coaches at the company level, is corporate development. This includes many activities which aim to enable //SEIBERT/MEDIA to continue to grow, to continue developing and, above all, to react to changing conditions.
Recently, we were able to put our additional office in Kirchgasse 2 with room for around 30 people into operation. We are very happy about the change, the unpacking and our recovered “leg freedom” in the main office, and we are looking forward to having a great time in the new office!
One large task that the Agile Coaches work on at a company level includes recruiting and external (corporate) marketing. We are convinced that our //SEIBERT/MEDIA employees are our most valuable resource, and therefore the recruitment of new staff is particularly important.
