The challenges that come with company email signatures
In the era of real-time messengers, the overall importance of email as a form of communication has declined. Even so, email remains ubiquitous in the business world, and this is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future.
Considering this, many companies stress the importance of maintaining a certain degree of uniform formality in how they use email to communicate with the outside world.
