The 8th annual Tools4AgileTeams conference took place in Wiesbaden this past November and we were delighted to have received a lot of positive feedback. Great speakers, interesting impulses, a fruitful exchange and a familiar, family-like atmosphere have once again made the T4AT a success.
With that in mind, we were honored to have Jurgen Appelo, author, public speaker and successful entrepreneur, as a keynote guest at our conference. He is forging and leading the way into the future of organizational agility.

Jurgen Appello shared his tips on how to embrace change within your organization. According to Jurgen, organizational change does not come easy and many fail to make the changes necessary for their survival. Some companies hire coaches and consultants in order to implement methods and frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS but unfortunately not all are successful. Other companies such as Spotify, publish their own custom approach but most fail when attempting to copy these examples. Change is a continuous cycle and in order for a company to be successful it is necessary that habit-forming techniques are created and implemented.
