We also use Google G Suite to organize and collaborate in our teams, in a remote setting.  Max shows you how we communicate via Google Chat or how we use Google Calendar to set up appointments. A Google Meet is automatically created for the appointment so that anyone can join a video conference directly. We find it helpful - especially in these strange times - to use the calendar for storing employees' available working hours, especially when trying to schedule appointments.
