Hooray! There is a reason to celebrate: Seibert Media is officially one of the best IT service providers in 2023 throughout Germany! 🎉
brandeins /thema, a joint project of brandeins and Statista, examined the German market and identified a total of 285 companies that made the cut for its list of top IT Service Providers. Seibert Media is rated 4- stars ("★★★★") the highest possible rating - this puts us among the top 25 percent of companies recommended in the survey.
Just like last year, we received awards in the "Cloud Services," "IT Consulting," "Software Implementation and Maintenance," and "Training and Education" categories. This year, we won an additional award in the category "Communication and Collaboration."Â
We are very happy with these awards and would like to thank everyone who recommended Seibert Media in such large numbers for the above-mentioned service categories!
How is this list created?
To determine Germany's 285 best IT service providers for 2023, brandeins /thema conducted an online survey from April 25, 2022 to June 18, 2022 with a total of 5,107 individuals. Among those interviewed: 2,395 were experts (IT service providers and freelancers) and 2,712 were customers of IT service providers ( for example employees in IT departments or decision-makers in IT purchasing).
As part of the survey, each participant named ten IT service providers and rated them within a total of ten predefined application areas or categories:
- IT security
- Training and workshops
- Managed services and outsourcing
- Cloud services
- Network and storage
- Mobility
- Communication and Collaboration
- Software Implementation and Maintenance
- Hardware implementation and maintenance
- IT consulting
The evaluation was based on the respondent’s likelihood to recommend. On a scale of 0 (very unlikely) to 10 (very likely), respondents were asked to indicate whether they would recommend the respective company for the respective application field.Â
Therefore, the four recommendation ratings (★★★★ | ★★★ | ★★ | ★ ) ultimately issued by brandeins /thema are based on two criteria: How often the companies were named and how frequently they were recommended.Â
This evaluation procedure results in a list of best performers based solely on the quality of IT service providers. A company cannot simply "buy into" the ranking.
brandeins /thema emphasizes that its list of best companies is based exclusively on companies that have been adequately recommended by the survey participants - so even an IT service provider with the lowest recommendation category (•) received an award.
