A cutting-edge research-based pharmaceutical company in the front line of medical research, and as expected, they seek out the best talent to help in their battle against illness. And during this year's Women in Tech Night, they imparted some of their wisdom on the participants.

Boehringer Ingelheim realized very early on that the best talent knows no boundaries in age, sex, or ethnicity. This philosophy is reflected in their recruitment and onboarding; the business publicly acknowledges its 3G (Geography, Gender, Generation) policy.
