//SEIBERT/MEDIA now has been a team dedicated entirely to the development of Linchpin for the Cloud. Until now, our social intranet based on Atlassian Confluence was only available for use with servers or data centers, that is, for use within a company’s own IT infrastructure. As a way to accommodate the high demand for a cloud version and enable us to offer an appropriate alternative, we began developing Linchpin Cloud, a solution that can function independently from Atlassian. Here we look at the key features of this new product and what else the team has been working on.
The last version of Linchpin Intranet Suite was released just a few weeks ago with several useful and exciting new features. Our development teams also created a practical theme wizard to customize the system’s appearance and renewed the mobile app’s technical foundations. But Linchpin’s ongoing development hasn’t been halted by new home office constellations in the time of Coronavirus. Here, we take a look at the improvements planned for the next release.
