On 1 and 2 December, the Tools4AgileTeams conference took place. There were 3 very interesting keynote speakers this year, one of which was from Jurgen Appelo, who talked about his unFIX model, a simple tool that helps you with versatile organization design. Unlike many agile scaling frameworks and self-management methods, unFIX has its focus on continuous innovation and the human experience. It facilitates gradual change, dynamic teams, and an important role to play for managers.

On 1 and 2 December, the Tools4AgileTeams conference took place. There were 3 very interesting keynote speakers this year, the first of which was none other than Dean Leffingwell, creator of the SAFe framework. Among other things, he talked about immediately releaseing funds instead of waiting for the next year, the link between AI, robotics and Agile and what the next 20 years will hold.
