As Agile Coaches, we also work as intensively as possible at the level of teams and individuals – that is, the actual job of Scrum Masters. In this final post I will show what we are doing here in more definite terms.
To help you see exactly what happens when you collaborate with us on a Linchpin intranet project, we’ve detailed all of the components and services we normally provide in an Linchpin introductory project. This includes all of the workshops, a typical timeline, and details of the training sessions that your staff can take advantage of.
The third major sphere of responsibilities assigned to our Agile Coaches at the company level, is corporate development. This includes many activities which aim to enable //SEIBERT/MEDIA to continue to grow, to continue developing and, above all, to react to changing conditions.
Recently, we were able to put our additional office in Kirchgasse 2 with room for around 30 people into operation. We are very happy about the change, the unpacking and our recovered “leg freedom” in the main office, and we are looking forward to having a great time in the new office!
One large task that the Agile Coaches work on at a company level includes recruiting and external (corporate) marketing. We are convinced that our //SEIBERT/MEDIA employees are our most valuable resource, and therefore the recruitment of new staff is particularly important.
With the introduction of Atlassian Cloud, Atlassian’s privacy policy received an overhaul. Most of the big changes refer to the data collected by Atlassian Analytics, more specifically in their SaaS (Cloud) products. But some of the changes also affect server versions of Atlassian products.
We want to use our capabilities and strengths to achieve the greatest positive impact on our company and add value to our teams. Our work has moved more and more from the team level to the corporate level. As Agile Coaches, company training and further education is important. But first, here is some food for thought at a more abstract level.
In JIRA, companies manage their projects, epics, user stories and detailed tasks. Requirements are translated into concrete tickets that can be assigned and processed. Dependencies are shown here. Project progress is measured and evaluated with JIRA.
Confluence has also had tasks and tasks lists for several years. On this topic, someone contacted us a while ago on Twitter:

The //SEIBERT/MEDIA Custom User Profile add-on allows users to expand their user profiles in Confluence both to provide new fields and structure the information. Our development team has released Custom User Profile version 2.0, with a completely revised profile view.
After the free version of the Linchpin Theme Plugin came out on the Atlassian Marketplace a few weeks ago, our development team also released an enterprise edition. The Linchpin Theme Plugin allows you to customize Confluence without having to do any programming. You can tailor it specifically to your organization’s design, create a header and logo, custom footer and navigation menu, personalized buttons and other elements. What used to be a project in and of itself can now be done with considerably less effort. You can even switch between different themes as needed.
All of the standard plugin features are also included in the Enterprise add-on—and then then some.
