Linchpin Service-Package : Full Technical Support for Your Linchpin Instance

Linchpin Intranet

A Linchpin intranet is quickly becoming a critical application in many companies, and the availability and technical stability are key requirements. Many companies do not have the necessary resources and support capabilities to maintain and operate an intranet. Some prefer to leave the long term support to an experience partner: backups, monitoring, security and software updates, and the quick repair of critical faults.

New Version of Easy Events for Confluence: More Flexibility in Event Planning

Our EasyEvents add-on for Confluence, with its intuitive interface, allows all employees to initiate and organize events with ease. A macro is integrated into all event pages, and allows participants to RSVP (or unsubscribe) with just one click. The new EasyEvents version 1.4 is now available in the Atlassian Marketplace. In addition to bug fixes, we have added new functionality for significantly more flexibility.

Martin Seibert Blogs “English First”

A few days ago, I had to put up with Winfried Felser calling me a “fake.” It was meant as a joke because I had told Winfried that some of my tweets are automatically generated from a blog and our public microblog. In a way, he is right. I really did up my Twitter game in October or November last year – first via Buffer and now Hootsuite. It’s been working really well so far. And I’ve always answered and responded personally and will continue to do so.

Standardization of Intranet projects: Live from our Hackathon

Linchpin Intranet

Linchpin Intranets rock. We have reached a situation where it is more and more difficult to accept new intranet projects. That is why I have joined a hackathon group, that wants to help customers and us improve workshop efficiency and effectiveness. We are trying to come up with a comprehensive plan, samples, concepts, goals and templates for every project step in a new intranet project. In case you didn’t know: Linchpin is an intranet solution based on Atlassian Confluence, that enhances the collaboration with a dozen add-ons and comes with a guaranteed fixed price for professional services.

Codeyard – Your and my comprehensive approach to Atlassian Software

Atlassian

Most of the people reading this blog post at the time of publishing will not know what Codeyard is. And it may sound strange that I am not sure either what it will be six months from now. If you want to stop reading right now, I will have to live with it. But there is a very big upside for you: Codeyard is everything Atlassian you want it to be.

JIRA and Confluence: What customers want most and what Atlassian does not deliver

Atlassian has a public JIRA instance where everyone can add feature wishes and vote for existing ones. They close duplicates and link to the original wish if you are asking the same as someone else. They comment on issues and help phrase wishes in a way that reflect the software deficiencies and needs of customers. And they let you and me vote for what we want the most. If Atlassian could fix all bugs, they would. But they can’t. So they have to make choices.

Codeyard Building Blocks – Atlassian’s HipChat, Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket and Bamboo together

Codeyard is our all-in-one-project solution for every Atlassian tool installed, configured and heavily used with your employees. It is a concept to launch approach that most product and service companies need to offer their customers to create value. Let’s talk about the Atlassian tool stack and how users can use it as a holistic solution to delivering value to customers (with or without software).

Our Codeyard Theme: Create your own Intranet Software

Today is my first productive Codeyard day. Codeyard is our new all in one Atlassian solution and will hopefully become as successful as our Linchpin intranet solution based on Confluence. It offers the full Atlassian stack (HipChat, Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo) including all required professional services (organizational and cultural coaching, consulting, installation, configuration, …) at a guaranteed fixed price.
