Version 2.3 of Space Privacy is here! The newest release of this app features a simplified user experience for administrators of Confluence spaces and predefined administrator roles to streamline set-up.
Since the GDPR, data protection has gained a great deal of importance. It affects all customer and user data, including data that converges in an extranet where customers, interested parties, partners, etc. communication and collaborate. The Terms of Use for Confluence and Space Privacy – Extranet for Confluence apps provide solutions to the new challenges surrounding data protection for Confluence-based extranet systems.
We invite other Atlassian Partners to visit us in Wiesbaden to get to know our teams, our products and our working methods and to collaborate with us. Christian Lane from Praecipio accepted our invitation with pleasure, and was our guest for a few days.
The Space Privacy app, when used with Confluence, provides the best conditions for working together with external users such as customers and partners on a platform – it turns Confluence into a usable and secure extranet.
B. Braun Melsungen AG with //SEIBERT/MEDIA developed and successfully launched an intranet based on Confluence for more than 50,000 employees: the B. Braun Knowledge Center BKC. This project was concluded with the implementation of our social intranet solution Linchpin.
Many companies only take advantage of collaboration in an internal company wiki. But why shouldn’t these companies profit from the many advantages that centralized co-cooperation has to offer with their external contacts too? Being in constant contact with customers, partners, suppliers, and many others is a must in corporations today.
